Jerusha’s spectacular victories at the World Championship of Performing Arts

We are thrilled to announce that Jerusha Meara D’souza (grade 12) from The Indian High School, Oud Metha campus, has emerged victorious at the prestigious World Championship of Performing Arts held in Los Angeles. Her extraordinary talent and dedication earned her 4 Gold medals in Pop, Open, Gospel, and Country styles, 3 Silver medals in Broadway, Jazz, and Contemporary styles, and 1 Bronze medal in the World style. Furthermore, she was crowned Division Champion in the Pop and Gospel categories.

In addition to these accolades, Jerusha has been awarded a $15,000 scholarship to the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and has secured a consultation with a renowned Hollywood music producer. Her success on this international platform is a testament to her hard work and passion. This is a momentous achievement not just for Jerusha but for our entire school community, and we couldn’t be prouder.
