National Astronomy Challenge Felicitation Ceremony

Abel Edwin Antony, Hamdan Bin Siyad, and Ibraheem Habibi of The Indian High School, Oud Metha campus have been declared as National Champions after securing the highest positions in the National Astronomy Challenge (NAC) held in January 2024, among 8000+ participants from more than 8 countries.

The young champions were invited to attend a 3-day Space Exploration camp at The Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT) Observatory in Pune, India and the felicitation ceremony recently.

The students visited the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune (IISER Pune) and attended an informative and engaging STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) workshop and interactive seminars with scientists and academicians.
